What this is, and what it is not.

Short, because the service does one thing. Every clause describes something true of it today.

The service

Voidsmith sends a description you write, with your own API key, from your browser to an AI model, and turns the reply into files you can download. It is free. You pay your model provider directly.

AI disclosure

All output is generated by an AI language model and is not reviewed by a person. It can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, or similar to existing work. You are responsible for checking it before you use or publish it.

What you write, and what comes out

You are responsible for your prompts and for anything you publish from the output. Do not use the forge to produce anything unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or designed to impersonate a real person or organisation. Voidsmith claims no ownership of your prompts or your output, and keeps no copy of either.

Your key

Your API key is yours and so is its bill. Usage under your key is governed by your provider’s terms, not these. Keep a spend limit on it.

Limits of liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, Voidsmith is not liable for losses arising from generated code, from a site you publish, or from charges on your own provider account.

Disputes and arbitration

If a dispute arises, write first and we try to resolve it directly within 30 days. If that fails, disputes are settled by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and not as part of a class action.

You can opt out of arbitration by emailing chigoemeagha@gmail.com within 30 days of first using the service, saying so. Opting out changes nothing else about your use.

Changes

These terms will change before the service takes any payment, and will be reviewed by a lawyer before then. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.

What is stored about you is on the privacy page; what the forge refuses to build is on the standard page.
